Abellio Greater Anglia has completed arefurbishment of the platforms at Marks Tey station this August bank holiday weekend.
Both platforms have been resurfaced anddrainage improvements carried out to improve the station environment forcustomers.
Abellio Greater Anglia’s Head of CustomerService - East, Neil Grabham, said, “This is a significant upgrade to Marks Teystation which will create an improved station environment for our customers.Abellio Greater Anglia is committed to upgrades at stations across the networkto improve the travelling experience and it seemed a good opportunity to carryout this work whilst engineering works are taking place. I would like to thankcustomers for their patience while this work was carried out.”
