Lee Smith has joined Abellio Greater Anglia as Area Customer Service Manager - Stansted Express.
Now in charge of the rail operator’sStansted Airport area stations, Lee, 24, continues his career as a real high flier,previously becoming the youngest ever store manager at high street jewellers,H.Samuel.
As Head of Customer Service for the StanstedExpress area, Lee will be responsible for the customer service provision from StanstedAirport, Elsenham, Newport, Audley End, Great Chesterford, Whittlesford Parkwayand Shelford rail stations.
Lee has a background in retailing andlogistics with well-known high street brands and has experience as a seniormanager, combined with a passion for excellent customer service.
Originally from Harlow, Lee ran the H.Samuelstore there, winning a number of awards for breaking company sales recordsduring his five years’ service.
Commenting on his new role with AbellioGreater Anglia, Lee said, “I am very excited to join the team at AbellioGreater Anglia. I look forward to working with my team to improve customerservice still further over the coming months.”
