Greater Anglia is advising people to check their journeys ahead of Travis Scott’s concert at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium next month.

The rapper will be at the stadium during the evening of 11 July and Greater Anglia is making several alterations to help people travel to and from the venue.

Throughout the evening, several services will make additional stops at Northumberland Park between 17.00-20.00 and 21.55 until the close of service.

An additional 23.45 Meridian Water to Stratford service will run, and several Stansted Express services will be stopping additionally at Northumberland Park.

Some services will also depart slightly earlier than usual, and customers are advised to plan ahead and check before they travel.

Customers need to travel in the front seven carriages of the train due to the short platforms at Northumberland Park.

Canute Tyndale, Events Delivery Manager, Greater Anglia, said:

“We are expecting services to be very busy, particularly between 17.30 and 19.30, so we are encouraging people to plan their journeys in advance, and travel at a less busy time if possible.

“Trains will run with the maximum number of carriages available. Our new trains are longer and have more seats, however we would ask everyone to be patient while boarding as we are expecting higher than usual passenger numbers on these services.

“Anyone travelling from London Liverpool Street is encouraged to walk to the venue from Tottenham Hale, if possible.

“Customers are advised to use the full length of trains and platforms.”

To save time and beat the queues, passengers are advised to buy tickets online or via the Greater Anglia app before they travel and people travelling in groups of three or more can save money with GroupSave.
