New role to focus on customer service at key London stations

Abellio Greater Anglia has announced a newappointment to its Customer Service team.

Jamie Shaw becomes Abellio Greater Anglia’snew Area Customer Service Manager, Liverpool Street & Stratford, responsiblefor enhancing the customer experience and working with key partners at thestations, including Network Rail and other train operators to create better journeys.

Jamie, from east London, has a backgroundin both operational and customer service roles, including working in airsideoperations with Air New Zealand, coordinating international projects in theMiddle East for an educational partnership programme and most recently, leadingStudent and Customer Services nationwide for a multi-site Universityspecialising in professional education.

Commenting on his new role, Jamie said, “LiverpoolStreet has recently be recorded as having the largest footfall of all theLondon Terminals, but the team is exceptional and the partnership approach toproblem -solving will be key to delivering consistently high standards ofcustomer service to station users. I am looking forward to working with my teamand our partners to enhance customer service at these busy stations.”
