New waiting room open at Hatfield Peverel rail station

Railpassengers using Hatfield Peverel rail station are benefiting from a betterwaiting room thanks to an improvement scheme completed by Abellio GreaterAnglia.

The new waiting roomfeatures DDA compliant push button automatic doors, a train departure summaryscreen and energy-efficient heating, as well as new flooring and seating andredecoration in Abellio Greater Anglia colours. It also offers passengers theopportunity to charge laptops and mobile phones and work while they wait.
