Abellio Greater Anglia is calling on users of Norwich railstation to share their views about access and how their journeys could be madeeasier.
As part of a wide ranging Station Travel Plan exercise, researchers have beenasking station users for their views on how they get to and from the station,and how their journeys could be made easier.
Users of Norwich Rail station areencouraged to complete the survey online at https://www.snapsurveys.com/wh/s.asp?k=143455486528
The survey, which will run for three weeks, opens on Monday 22 June.
Abellio Greater Anglia's Area CustomerServices Manager, James Reeve said "Our work with Norwich City Council andNorfolk County Council aims to sort out some of the current issues that ourcustomers face on their journeys to the station by car, bus, bike or on foot.The information collected will help us to identify which problems need to betackled to improve the journey from door to door."
Improvement work is already underway at the station, which will see improvedcycle facilities, new retail units, a refurbished waiting room and new customerinformation centre installed by the end of the year.
