Rail workers win awards following customer nominations

Railway workers from across the AbellioGreater Anglia network have scooped awards for going the extra mile to makepassengers’ journeys better.

National Customer Service week was held atthe beginning of March and train operator Abellio Greater Anglia encouragedpeople to nominate members of staff who go above and beyond. Hundreds of customers tweeted praise formembers of staff who regularly go above and beyond.

The winners are:
