Work complete on March station footbridge

Passengers at Marchrail station are now benefitting from improvements completed by Abellio GreaterAnglia including a renovated footbridge and platform repairs.

Thefootbridge has been completely refurbished, with the installation of a new,non-slip surface and repainting in heritage colours.

Furtherimprovements have been carried out to the platforms including replacement of copers (slabs at the platformedge), installationof new tactiles (the contoured slabs near the platform edge), repairs to the platform surface and improvements to platform drainageand repairs to the exterior and interior of the station buildings.

Some minorwork to the windows and station buildings will continue until the end of themonth.
