If possible, please book your assistance in advance. You can request it a minimum of 2 hours before you travel. We understand booking may not be possible sometimes, in which case we will make every effort to get you to your destination.
Our Assisted Travel Team is reachable around the clock, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Submissions via this form are only processed during the hours of 08:00 and 22:00, if you'd like to make a booking outside of these times or for travel within 2 hours, you're advised to use the methods below:

During rail strikes
- Passenger assistance will be available as usual for all trains which are running.
- If you’ve already booked Passenger Assistance for strike days it may be affected by timetable changes, and we would encourage you to check your train is running before making your journey. We will endevour to contact you to notify you if this is the case.
